Santa Fe and the Fat City Horns has a free show at UNLV on April 1st, at 1PM in the
Judy Bayley Theatre at UNLV for those who can’t normally see our late-night shows. This will be free to the public and is the only show that is open to all ages, so bring the kids to this family friendly event. This show is the result of fan requests who want to see our show and we are pleased to provide a venue to make this happen. For more information, please call the Performing Arts Box Office at 702-895-3011. Or email FatCityHorns@mac.com
We know you miss our weekly healing, and believe us, we miss it too! We have a couple up things to let you know about.
A Very Special Performance.
We are proud to participate with the American Federation of Musicians Local 369 Benefit Performance celebrating it’s 85th Anniversary on October 9, 2016 at Opportunity Village. All proceeds will go to Opportunity Village. This gala event will include a 35 piece orchestra, the Walt Boenig Big Band, the Dave Perrico Pop Strings, the Lon Bronson All-Star Band and Santa Fe and the Fat City Horns.
As you enter Opportunity Village for the event and stroll through the Magical Forest, you will find and hear several smaller ensembles throughout the forest.
This great event will start at 5:30 on Sunday October 9, 2016 for cocktails and music in the Magical Forest and the main concert will begin around 6:30.

Our Weekly Healing
We hear you and we want to get back to playing every week so we are discussing a few options. It’s important that we find the right situation for us and for you. Please stand by, as soon as we have something lined up, we will post it on our website and Facebook page. There’s nothing lined up yet, but we are working on it.
Somehow, our website sent out an old post from 2011 and we have no idea how or why. If you received it, sorry about the old information. We know it was a little confusing for you and it certainly was for us as well.
Accept No Imitations
Finally, there was a YouTube scam going around offering live video of new shows by Santa Fe and the Fat City Horns at the SouthPoint for a membership fee. This was a scam and we had nothing to do with it, we issued a complaint to YouTube and it was taken down. We will always post details about our shows on our website and FaceBook page.
To all our friends in Kansas City, Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns will be performing there this Saturday, September 21st, at the Johnson County Community College. Tickets are going fast, but there are still good seats available. We hope to see you there! CLICK HERE FOR MORE DETAILS.

Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns would like to announce a couple of performances outside of their normal Las Vegas Shows.
The band will be performing in Milwaukee at the Wisconsin State Fair on August 5th. This is going to be a great homecoming for Santa Fe’s own Tyriq Johnson, as Milwaukee is his home town.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the band will not be performing on Monday, August 5th in Las Vegas, due to the above mentioned show at the Wisconsin State Fair.
The band is also excited to be performing in Kansas City on September 21st, as part of Johnson County Community College’s “Performing Arts Series”.
