Dave Richardson

Originally from near Pittsburgh, PA, Dave Richardson has lived in Las Vegas since 1994, working as a keyboardist, arranger, and session player.

Dave moved here after attending the University of Miami, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in jazz performance, and his Master’s degree in composition and arranging.

Since arriving in Las Vegas, he has performed with Latin recording artists Lorenzo Antonio and Sparx, jazz saxophonist Rick Margitza, Clint Holmes, Mamma Mia, We Will Rock You, Hairspray, Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular, and The Producers among many others. However, Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns will always be his first love and musical home.

Dave’s recording credits with Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns include Santa Fe Live, Let the Healing Begin, and When the Curtain Goes Up, which includes five of his original songs.

In addition to these, Dave’s recording credits include A Bailar, with Lorenzo Antonio and Sparx, Burning Organ, with virtuoso rock guitarist Paul Gilbert, and with his partner, Lenny Lopez, Let There Be Peace On Earth, a Christmas CD to benefit victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Currently, Dave is performing with The Lion King, at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, as well as continually performing with Santa Fe & The Fat City Horns.
